We are proud members of
Our Team
Our team consists of a few different crews; drill crew, service crew, and office staff. Each group has different daily tasks and will be able to assist you in different areas.
Drill Crew: Our current drill crew is typically 2-4 guys (depending on the job) who are directly supervised by one of our two licensed drillers. They will drill the well and set the casing of the well. The depth of the well will be a factor in how long it takes them to drill, but an average well in our area will take them about 6+/- hours. Sometimes if we have 2 wells in close proximity that aren't very deep they can even do more than one in a day, but there are also other cases where one well could take them 2-3 days if it is something like a commercial size well or deep rock well .
Service Crew: Our current service crew consists of 5 technicians split into 3 trucks. These technicians will be the ones to install your pump, tank, and the new equipment involved in installation shortly after your new well has been drilled. These technicians will also be the ones diagnosing and repairing your well when you call the office for a service or maintenance.
Office staff: Our office staff currently consists of 3 assistants that handle day to day tasks alongside our CEO. Office staff are trained to answer many questions regarding well systems and repairs, and can search for information on existing wells through state and office records. Our office team takes on different tasks such as water testing, quoting for new drillings and conducting property meetings, service scheduling, marketing, invoicing, and more. If we don't know the answer to your question we will get in contact with someone who does!
